When I think about food, I get excited! Excited to create, excited to eat, excited to share!
Food has been a part of my life in a big way since my early twenties. I started cooking out of necessity and it turned to an absolute passion.
I started my professional career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse, first on Mother Baby for 10 years and then as a Case Manager, RN. While my career as a nurse continued to evolve, my love for cooking continued to grow.
I started slowly cooking for friends and family and then for other people. In May 2020, I was furloughed from the hospital during COVID-19. I decided to keep myself from going stir crazy- I wanted to cook for people. Nothing was available- no takeout, no restaurants, no food. My idea was to provide curbside service not only for my own sanity but to get others out of the house and eating again.
Once COVID slowed down, I decided to turn my passion into a business. In July 2021, I opened my own business, Michelle’s Table.
It has been exciting, scary, and wonderful all at the same time. My wife Erin and my best friend Stasia have been my biggest supporters and a large part of pushing me to pursue my goal.
Here at Michelle's Table, I want to not only create amazing food featuring fresh, local ingredients, but I want to provide an unforgettable experience that trickles all the way down to the smallest of details. From an intimate date night at home to a 40th birthday party with friends and family- Michelle's Table is here to provide you a culinary experience like no other!
